I think first half of the passage is written from left to right and the remaining half of passage is written from right to left.
we could see in P1, 4th row, 19th rune located AFTER 4dots, it could only be 'A' or 'I'.
However, in P2, 1st row, 3rd rune located BEFORE 4dots, also a single rune, but it doesn't make sense in English grammar.
Dunno if anyone had noticed it b4.
